You can still come in for your appointment.
We are taking preventative measures
to keep serving you.
According to The Public Health Agency of Canada, preventative measures to reduce the community transmission of the novel coronavirus are the only tools available to mitigate the impact of the virus. We are doing our part by following cornerstone public measures and implementing new standards to protect ourselves and our guests.
All our technicians will hand wash thoroughly with soap before and after each appointment (15-20 seconds). Clients will be asked to also wash their hands or use hand sanitizer before beginning their services.
We have a disinfecting step in our cleaning standards to ensure all stations are ready for each guest. Our stations will be wiped down with 60% alcohol before and after each guest.
Social distancing measures are approaches taken to minimize close contact with others in the community. To minimize contact with others during your visit, we will leave an empty chair between each guest whenever possible. Guests can sit together on request. For a more private experience, please ask one of our front desk coordinators to book your appointment during low-peak hours.
All our technicians will wear a mask for services that are within close proximity to the client such as manicures and lash or brow services. Guests may request the technician to wear a mask at any time. We ask our guests to cough and sneeze into the bend of their arm and dispose of tissues immediately after use.
If you are feeling unwell or experience flu like symptoms, take the day to yourself. We’ll be happy to reschedule your appointment to a later date.
